Exclusive: China to Delay Introduction of Diesel IV Emission Standards

A source at China's Ministry of Environmental Protection has told the EO that the planned introduction of Diesel IV Emission Standards on July 1 this year will "perhaps be postponed 1-2 years." The EO has learned that the delay is due to domestically-refined diesel is not able to meet the emission standards.
