Chinese Provinces Lower Target GDP Growth Rates

In compliance with a changing development model, many provinces, including Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan and Beijing, will decrease their target GDP growth rate during the 12th Five-Year Plan period. The average annual GDP growth rate of Guangxi was 13.7% during the 11th Five-Year Plan period, but has been lowered to 10% for the next five years.
