Director of Public Security Bureau Dies in Custody

Xie Zhigang, director of the public security bureau of Benxi City in Liaoning Province, was found dead a day after being interrogated by the local procurator. Xie's wife Wang Li claimed that her husband was tortured to death during the interrogation. Zhang Like, who accused Xie Zhigang of bribery, has committed suicide.
