The Ministry of Land and Resources and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development have released a notice prohibiting property developers who have kept land idle for one year from future bidding for land. It also states that land slated for construction of medium and small-sized government-subsidized housing should be increased in areas with high housing prices.
